Question: How do you find other homeschoolers in your area?

Answer: In the early 1980's it was common to need to drive a distance to find another homeschool family. We thank God that is no longer the case.

Your local librarian is probably familiar with a homeschool group. Today, most people know someone who homeschools. You should not need to ask around very much before finding someone who can put you in touch with a support group.

Home School Legal Defense Association has an extensive list of support groups around the country.
