Question: How do you judge if you are doing things right?

Answer: You educate yourself about yourself and your child. Read the book of Proverbs to learn about life so you will be able to think more clearly about what your child should be learning. You think about the process of education and read a few basic books about the topic. You ask the Lord to show you what you need to know. You talk with other home schoolers. You go to curriculum fairs and home school conventions to survey the various materials that are offered and ask a lot of questions. You ask the Lord to calm your spirit and not operate out of fear. He will show you the way.
